Our loyalty program uses a rolling 6-month window, so your tier is based on the total BT Coins earned in the last 6 months. If older purchases fall out of this window and aren’t offset by new ones, your coin total needed to upgrade, and tier, may change.

This system is meant to fairly reward ongoing engagement, rather than locking customers into the highest tier indefinitely. The good news: as soon as you make new purchases and earn more coins, your tier will automatically adjust. You can always check how many coins you need for the next tier at the top of your account section in the app.

How it works

  • Move up a tier: When your total coin earnings in the past 6 months cross the threshold for the next tier.

  • Move down a tier: If your total earnings in the past 6 months fall below your current tier’s requirement, you’ll move down to the appropriate tier that matches your earnings.

1. Tier Drop

  • On June 9, 2025, you’re at Ambassador Tier with 820 BT Coins earned in the past 6 months.

  • On July 2, 2025, some older coins (150 earned in January) fall out of the 6-month window.

  • Your new last 6 months' earned total = 670 BT Coins.

  • Since Ambassador requires 800, your tier drops to Patron.

BT Coins Earned Timeline:

Jan 1, 2025 → Earned 50 BT Coins

Mar 4, 2025 → Earned 150 BT Coins

May 8, 2025 → Earned 250 BT Coins

2. Points to Upgrade May Increase

  • On June 9, 2025, you’re at Patron Tier with 450 BT Coins.

  • To reach Ambassador (800 coins), you need 350 more coins.

  • By July 2, 2025, your 50 coins from January drop out of the 6-month window.

  • Your new last 6 months' earned total = 400 BT Coins.

  • Now you need 400 coins instead of 350 to reach Ambassador.

This way, your tier and upgrade points reflect only your most recent 6 months of activity, keeping the system fair and dynamic.
